There is NO charge for swapping out one style of ear wire for another or for clips. If you want something other than listed in the item description, leave a note in the message to seller/ notes box when you check out and purchase your item and I will make the substitution for you.

I can almost always create a necklace up to 4 inches smaller or larger than the item description indicates without any additional fee.
I can almost always create a Bracelet/Anklet at any specified length without additional fee.

The exception to the above two cases are gemstone/pearl necklaces or bracelets/anklets. I'm happy to make whatever length you desire, but it may cost a bit extra. PLEASE contact me before your purchase to discuss changes in length and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

I try to always include washing instructions for my handmade crochet/woven items. However, if you've lost them your best choice is always:
-machine wash cold, delicate cycle or hand wash.
-use a mild detergent.
-lay flat to dry.

If your silk cord jewelry eventually gets a little bit soiled from skin oils, etc. you CAN wash it - carefully:
-Rinse the jewelry in cold water in a shallow bowl
-Add a tiny drop of Dawn dish soap (the blue stuff)
-Work the soap into the silk cord with your fingers, gently, without tangling the cord or scratching/rubbing the crystals/gemstones/pearls against each other
-Rinse the jewelry in cold water until there are no bubbles and the water runs clear
-Hang or lay flat to dry
